As we've stated previously, keeping you informed about our upcoming computer system conversion planned for February 12-15 is important to us. That's why we are making it a policy to respond to your questions within one business day, not just before and immediately after Conversion Weekend, but on an ongoing basis.
This way, you will know what to expect when you have a question or issue that you choose to voice through our communication channels, including voice mails to the Member Service Call Center, emails to customerservice@elfcu.org, emails via eBranch, and questions/comments posted to the news area of elfcu.org.
We want members to know we are committed to addressing questions and issues quickly.

| @ Jane: There is no fee for members/consumers who choose to use Members Auto Source. Partnering auto dealers do pay fees to MAS. Is the car finding service free, or is there a fee? | |
