It's important to notify your credit union of any plans to travel outside the U.S. When you do, we will make a note on your account to assist us in monitoring for possible fraudulent activity and  to prevent a block on your debit card while you're traveling. You should also always have an alternate form of payment along, such as a credit card, in case of a damaged/lost/stolen debit card.

Current Phishing Alert Includes Texts Received Via Cell Phone, Pager, Any Electronic Device

Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union is aware that some members have been receiving "phishing" text messages on their cells phones and pagers.  The text message claims that your debit card has been compromised and asks you to call a number to key in your account information.
