If you're a Hoosier, there's never been a better time to upgrade your HVAC system.  The Indiana Heating and Cooling Incentive Program (IHIP) will provide rebates for the purchase and installation of Energy Star Rated furnaces, boilers, central air conditioners and heat pumps. The rebates range from $150 to $1,000. Indiana received $6.1 million for this program, which will remain active as long as there are funds to distribute.
